If the product direction is not settled, start with The Launchpad. If you already know what to build, go straight to The Core Product. The Growth Engine is for products that are already live and taking traffic.
What if our project does not fit a tier?
The tiers cover most of what we see, but they are a starting point rather than a menu. Tell us the scope on an intro call and we will quote the closest fit or a blended engagement.
Do we own the code and the designs?
Yes, all of it. Code ships to your repository, designs live in your Figma, and infrastructure runs in your cloud accounts. There is nothing to unwind if we stop working together.
How does milestone billing work?
The Core Product is split into agreed milestones, each with its own deliverable and payment. You approve a milestone before the next one starts, so cost and progress stay in step.
What is the performance incentive on the retainer?
The Growth Engine pairs a base monthly fee with an incentive tied to an agreed metric, usually qualified pipeline or conversion rate. We only earn the upside when the numbers move.
Can we pause or cancel the retainer?
Yes. The Growth Engine runs month to month after an initial three-month period, with thirty days notice. Everything built during the retainer stays yours.
